Using Excel UDF I can make an entire cell bold

with:

local $oLen = $oWB.Worksheets("Analisi").Range("T3")
$olen.Font.Bold = True

, but how to select a part of the text cell to make it bold and the rest text normal?

No need to use select (as this modifies the GUI).

#include <Excel.au3>
Global $oExcel = _Excel_Open()                         ; Start up Excel
Global $oWorkbook = _Excel_BookNew($oExcel)            ; Create a new workbook
_Excel_RangeWrite($oWorkbook, 1, "Text in bold", "A1") ; Write text to cell A1
Global $oCell = $oWorkbook.Worksheets(1).Range("A1")   ; Grab the object of cell A1
$oCell.Characters(1,4).Font.Bold = True                ; Set the first 4 characters of this cell to bold
