I have created a program that alarms at a fixed time. However there was an error. Sometimes active, sometimes inactive.

Sometimes at the same time the bell rings twice.

Please help me edit the code.

Your statement is badly written

If @WDAY= 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 or 7

It should be 

If @WDAY= 2 or @WDAY=3 or @WDAY=4 or @WDAY=5 or @WDAY=6 or @WDAY=7

Or even better

If @WDAY >= 2 And @WDAY <= 7

Or simpler

If @WDAY <> 1
