Looking at the Help for _TS_Wrapper_TriggerDateTime(), I see that the format is

YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS(+-)HH:MM but I have found that omitting (+-)HH:MM is not setting @error.

Looking at the Wiki under Use Wrapper functions I see that (+-)HH:MM is omitted.

Does this mean that (+-)HH:MM is not required for GMT? I wish times to be Eastern Daylight Time until November when I wish Eastern Standard Time.
