Get handle, I cant figure it out

I can't get the handle for my window since my window name is different, can anyone help, the windows name is [#] [07] Diablo II [#]

I need to get the handle, or just be able to use the title itself, but it on work, i used search, but i couldnt find something like this

Are you running the program in Sandboxie? Sandboxie prevents windows running in a sandbox from interacting with other programs at all.
