MrCreatoR
On the 'func rightclick' line, I get an error saying that there is a missing seperator character after the keyword o.OIt's a pointing example (a wrong pointing actualy), not working one.Look in the help file for «Language Reference -> Functions».And why you don't want to right click? Just use MouseClick("Secondary"). Edited June 28, 2009 by MrCreatoR Spoiler Using OS: Win 7 Professional, Using AutoIt Ver(s): 3.3.6.1 / 3.3.8.1 AutoIt Russian Community My Work... Thornhunt
ok .. i opned scite and had a play and this is it.. ;Put this at the top of your script for it to be a global hotkey set to a certian key/combination HotKeySet(" ****Put your key in here **** ", "rightclick") ;OR put this if you want it to happen at a certian instance within the script call("rightclick" ; then put this at the bottom or near the bottom (to keep the script tidy) func rightclick() MouseClick("right") endfunc // edit.. yup. its better to get pointers and work with them to findout the right answer than to directly ask for the script though some situations does ask for exact scripts "sometimes" Edited June 28, 2009 by Thornhunt Budweiser + room = warm beerwarm beer + fridge = too long!warm beer + CO2 fire extinguisher = Perfect![quote]Protect the easly offended ... Synergetic
Hm. New error popped up, but I don't quite know what it means, so I'll just explain my little project. I'm trying to create a type of kickbot for a chat program I use. In order to 'Kick' a user, one has to right click on their name, and click a button saying 'Kick'. Here is what I have so far: CODEHotKeySet("{ESC}", "Terminate") $sum = 0 $ans = InputBox("the current amount of kicks is " & $sum, _ "Please enter the amount of people you would like to kick" & $sum ) $sum = $sum + $ans MsgBox(0,"number of kicks","number of kicks set to " & $sum) $i = 0 winwaitactive("(Name of Window)") sleep(1000) Do call("rightclick") send ( "DOWN" [, 1]) send ( "DOWN" [, 1]) send ( "DOWN" [, 1]) send ( "DOWN" [, 1]) send ( "ENTER" [, 1]) send ( "DOWN" [, 1]) $i = $i + 1 Until $i = $sum msgbox(0,"Palringo kick bot","done") func rightclick() MouseClick("right") endfunc Func Terminate() Exit 0 EndFunc I get an issue on those series of send downs. Do y'all know how I could fix this? Or is there a way to make it more efficiant? Edited June 28, 2009 by Synergetic
MrCreatoR
I get an issue on those series of send downs. Where from you got the info about this: send ( "DOWN" [, 1]) What it's supose to be? Help file is your friend today P.S And you don't need the function call, just use MouseClick instead. Synergetic
Ah. I was confused with the way that the help file explained those flags. somdcomputerguy
Well according to the manual, the flag is 0 by default, so you have a safe assumption. The correct way of send would be Send("{DOWN}") for down arrow. Edited June 28, 2009 by snowmaker - Bruce /*somdcomputerguy */ If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
