Invisible Tab to control pages

Hello,

I'm trying to make a program that has "Next" and "Back" buttons at the bottom to flip through several pages. To do this I'm using Tabs. However I don't want the user to be able to click on the tabs to change to a different page. Is there anyway to disable clicking on the tabs so that the only way to change would be through back and next buttons?

I've search the forum but found nothing. If I missed something pls let me know.
