eg; Do ..... Until ...two hours

Something like:

$start = TimerInit()
Do
 ; Your Code
Until TimerDIff($start) >= 7200000 ; 2hrs * 60 Minutes * 60 seconds * 1000 milliseconds

First, welcome to the AutoIt forums!

AutoIt is that nice that it comes with a very comprehensive help file that you can access from Scite by hitting F1 from any *.au3 document.

You can use it as many times as needed without worrying: it's free of charge.

Moral: please, check it out!

Now since you ask, make it something like:

Global $StartTime = TimerInit()
Do
    ; whatever you want
    Sleep(100)
Until TimerDiff($StartTime) > 7200000   ; = 2 * 60 * 60 * 1000

This wonderful site allows debugging and testing regular expressions (many flavors available). An absolute must have in your bookmarks.

SQLitespeed is another feature-rich premier SQLite manager (includes import/export). Well worth a try.
SQLite Expert (freeware Personal Edition or payware Pro version) is a very useful SQLite database manager.
An excellent eBook covering almost every aspect of SQLite3: a must-read for anyone doing serious work.
