Moderators Melba23 Posted January 13, 2011 Moderators Share Posted January 13, 2011 Imbuter2000,Welcome to the AutoIt forum. You are reading the combo as soon as it is created, so there is liitle wonder it returns "0". Try reading it after you press the button:#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3> Opt("GUIOnEventMode", 1) ; Change to OnEvent mode $mainwindow = GUICreate("Hello World", 200, 100) GUISetOnEvent($GUI_EVENT_CLOSE, "CLOSEClicked") GUICtrlCreateLabel("Hello world! guinness
You were reading the ComboBox at the start which of course was the Default 0 and then not reading it again. Look for ; <<<<<<#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3> Opt("GUIOnEventMode", 1) ; Change to OnEvent mode $mainwindow = GUICreate("Hello World", 200, 100) GUISetOnEvent($GUI_EVENT_CLOSE, "CLOSEClicked") GUICtrlCreateLabel("Hello world!
