This started great, this seemed like a program and I need and oh looky, I can't even have the most crucial part of the program, that fking recorder. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and installed older versions and done so much more that it is clear : The recorder either is NOT in the installation package or for some reason, does not want to be installed. And don't come saying '' you must dl Scite addon '', because I did, and in the subdirectory there is '' ScriptWriter '' but when clicked, it says the File Not Found, Click Browse to ... or something ... Someone give me that goddamnit recorder and find out why it won't be effing installed ... I'm getting really annoyed at this D: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Is there a directory named 'au3record' in that directory? I sympathise with your frustration, but please remember we are all volunteers here and you have paid absolutely nothing to use AutoIt, so venting like that is only going to put people's backs up and reduce your chances of getting a response. You might like to consider that when posting in future. Now I have Au3Record at "C:\Program Files\AutoIt3\Extras\Au3Record\Au3Record.exe" with my completely standard install - do you?
