How to read a data from xml and list the items in list box is it possible to do this ?

I've not tried it as I use SRE's, but have a look at this

I personally use StringBetween() together with StringRegExp()

Example:

$rows = StringRegExp($xml, '(?s)<Rows.*?>(.*?)</Rows>', 3)

For $i = 0 To UBound($rows) - 1
 $row = $rows[$i]
 $first_name = LoadItem($row, 'first_name')
 $last_name = LoadItem($row, 'last_name')
 ...
Next

Func LoadItem($xml_data, $item_name)
 Return StringBetween($xml_data, '<' & $item_name & '>', '</' & $item_name & '>')
EndFunc
 
; just wrapper for simpler calling, to return directly string instead of array
; also strip leading/trailing spaces
