How to detect if 32 or 64bit process on 64bit OS?

Hi. It's my first time to write here. I'm a beginner as an autoit programer.

I'm Korean, so I can speak Eng a little.

I gonna describe my problem.

I use a 64bit OS.

There are two execute files having same name. ex) test.exe, test.exe

Because One of them is for Wow64(32bit), it operats as WOW64 on my machine.

And the other one is for Native64(64bit), so this one is executed as NATIVE64.

When I excute one, I wanna detect if it is Wow64 mode(32bit) or Native64(64bit).

How can I get it?

I found ProcessGetStats(["process" [, type]]) func, but it is't related to solve my problem.

Plz let me know the answer.

The have the function _WinAPI_IsWow64Process ( [$PID] )

"IsWow64Process" site:autoitscript.com

but did find trancexx code in RunBinary.au3

even IsWow64Process on forum search hit 0, probably gota imagine func the name before search
