Write to INI

I have a gui which consists of a FileOpenDialog. The problem arises when I have selected the file, then is my ini file stored the same place as the file I have selected when i click Save.

That's normal, in the help file for FileOpenDialog there is this information:

@WorkingDir is changed on successful return.

Which means that the default working directory will be changed to where ever the file was opened from. Use @Scriptdir & "\config.ini" instead of just "config.ini" to get around this so that the script knows where you want the file to be saved explicitly.

And use FileChangeDir() to change back to @ScriptDir. Oh, I learnt the hard way by not reading the remark in FileOpenDialog(), 30 mins of debugging and it was staring me right in the face.
