While keeping everything else a normal window has (excluding minimize/maximize/close)? I've tried a few dozen style combinations and I can't find a good one. Basically I'd like something like the style of 0x90000000 without it screwing up the menu appearance. 2. How do I toggle the topmost extended style. So that a window (EG. a credits window) will appear above a window that has topmost as well. Basically how do I remove the topmost style from the other window so that the credits window will appear on top even when the credits window is inactive? 3. Any recommendations for my attached script? sleepydvdr Posted October 24, 2011 Share Posted October 24, 2011 (edited) Recommendations? Why does it start up full screen? It shouldn't be full screen until you lock the screen. I would be less likely to use this because I couldn't have it opened and pushed to the side of the screen. Is there a way to reset the password if you told it to use that password for now on? Also, you should include a way to disable the math unlock (for use by adults keeping other adults out of the computer - or really smart kids). Finally, how about setting a RunOnce for it to lock the screen on next bootup, in case the computer is turned off by power switch. If the user unlocks the program and/or exits the program correctly, delete the RunOnce instance so it does not run on startup. There is a way to reset the password, when unlocking enter the current password followed by -reset. The math unlock feature of the program is for anti-abuse of the program, I absolutely WON'T remove it but I probably will improve it or add alternate anti-abuse options. Also, I believe RunOnce requires admin privs however I'm not entirely sure. My UDFs are generally for me. If they aren't updated for a while, it means I'm not using them myself. I'm walking a fine line so to speak, atleast I think that's the right metaphor. I'm trying not to get you too associated with the project while trying to give you the credit you deserve without over-crediting you.
