How to Force a Window to use Default or even Classic theme?

I want to force an external window ( It's not a child window of my AutoIt GUI, it's completely a separated one ) to use the windows default theme.

What i found but i don't know how to use it or even is it what i need or not (from MSDN).

SetThemeAppProperties

I saw your post in the revived thread and was going to say "...as far as I'm aware you can't do it with a GUI that you haven't created."

Also if you want examples of how to call those Function look at WinAPIEx.au3, I could be proven wrong.

I would advise to at least give it a try, as I personally have no requirement to change a window's theme.

The best way to find out is try it. I've given you an idea of where to look, unless your expecting me to do it for you?

And if a window has it's own theme then no I don't think it will work, I thought your question was how to enforce a window to use the Classic theme? i.e. If a window is created using the Windows API then change from Aero to Classic.
