string to array with every character

Okay my last post was deleted becasue what I was wanted to do could have been related to a keylogger no big deal ive thought of a diffrent way to go about this.

What I want to do is pull from my database a string of data "something like this"

once that string has been pulled how could I make it so it will become a array such as

Data[0] = "s"

Data[1] = "o"

Data[2] = "m"

Data[3] = "e"

Data[4] = "t"

Data[5] = "h"

Data[6] = "i"

Data[7] = "n"

Data[8] = "g"

Data[9] = " "

Data[10] = "l"

Data[11] = "i"

Data[12] = "k"

Data[13] = "e"

Data[14] = " "

Data[15] = "t"

Data[16] = "h"

Data[17] = "i"

Data[18] = "s"

then all i want it to do is say $Data[0] = "s" then run the function S

that way it will click the coordinates on the screen for the s key on our kiosk

but I think I can do that my self all I need is help delimiting that string of data.

Look at StringSplit, if you use "" as the splitter it will split on every character.

StringSplit will do that if you set the delimiter parameter to "" (an empty string).

I deleted my post because it was wrong, but I suggested StringToASCIIArray which is what BrewManNH was referring to. Though it's wrong for what Medic873 wants to do.
