Are you kidding me, this is the easiest way?!? :blink:

#include <Excel.au3>

$oExcel = _ExcelBookNew()

For $i = 1 To 10
_ExcelWriteCell($oExcel, "111", $i, 1)
_ExcelWriteCell($oExcel, "222", $i, 2)
_ExcelWriteCell($oExcel, "333", $i, 3)
_ExcelWriteCell($oExcel, "444", $i, 4)
Next

$aArray = _ExcelReadSheetToArray($oExcel, 1, 3, 0, 1)
$Max = $aArray[0][0]

_ExcelColumnInsert($oExcel, 1, 1)

For $i = 1 To $Max
_ExcelWriteCell($oExcel, $aArray[$i][1], $i, 1)
Next

_ExcelColumnDelete($oExcel, 4, 1)

No kidding. That's the easiest way to do it wiht the Excel UDF. If you want to play with Excel COM then have a look at the range.cut method.
