Reading File Lines

I need to search a text file that has a name then a number for each line,  and I need to find the whole line by just the name. I'm kinda new to AutoIT but know a lot of PHP web programming, but it seems like there functions are completely different.

Example

Text File

Bob 8
Jack 4
Joey 22
Matt 18
Bill 48

Input

Joey

Expected Output

                 (Or in an array)

          Joey 22

I got that for the most part, my trouble is reading the lines, I need to find the line that has (Starts with)NAME(Space)NUMBER in it.

for example

I might have these for names 

   JoeyTwo

   TwoJoey

   aJoeyb

   Joey

And I need to find the line that is just Joey, with a space then a number.

If you need to know what line the "hit" ocurred at follow guinness's example.  If you are not interested in the line number then try something like this.
