What are these called and is there some documentation for them

Can someone tell me what these "thingys" are called and if there is any documentation available for them?

They show up in deep purple in scite and in the helpfile...but, evid. not in Forum Post :-(

"Worksheets" is a "collection" of worksheets.

"Count" is a "property".
