Welcome to AutoIt and the forum!

PLEASE DO NOT SHOUT! Writing the whole text in upper case is considered as shouting according to the FAQ.

What have you coded so far? We do not provide solutions, we try to help users solve their problems.

Slow down!
I told you that we do not provide full solutions. Show us what you have tried so far, what doesn't work and we will try to help.

On binary.com there is a page about APIs for developers. I would go this route because this looks much more promising than grabbing data from a web page.

Chimp

ok what water said, or as an alternative have a look to all _IE* functions.

try this for example:

#include <IE.au3>

Local $oIE = _IECreate("https://www.binary.com/c/trade.cgi?l=EN&market=random")
Do
Local $oElement = _IEGetObjById($oIE, "spot")
Until IsObj($oElement)
While 1
    ConsoleWrite(_IEPropertyGet($oElement, "innertext") & @CRLF)
    Sleep(1000)
WEnd
