In principle, yes, when running under Wine (open source): https://www.winehq.org/

However, this is not a full VM, so you may encounter incompatibilities.

Welcome to AutoIt and the forum!

AutoIt will never run natively on Linux. That's what the "NOT on the ToDo list" tells us.
