I am working on windows desktop automation in which two fingers scrolling option is requried to move objects on screen. The single horizontal mouse scrolling is not functioning while I do it manually. So, my question is, is there a way to do two fingers horizontal scrolling based on coordinates in autoIT? Kindly help.

Software Installer Version: 2.0 It's been been a long year, but I finally got some time to rework this project. I re-wrote everything from scratch because the old version was getting too complicated with so many options and sub-menus. This new version is much easier to use and I have been testing for a few days and it seems very stable. For those who are new to this software, it helps you install software silently/unattended. This new version tries to determine the silent switch automatically. You can also re-organize the order in which the software installs by dragging & dropping them in the listview. It now supports creating profiles and checks for missing software (and automatically unchecks them, so it does not attempt to install non-existent software). One feature I included was because I have seen several people on Youtube talk about disliking bright screens at night. So, now you can choose from a few color theme (half of them are dark). I dabbled a bit more into GDI+ to draw a few things and show my logo with a transparent background (hint: I'm not good at GDI+). Under the Help menu, you will find a User Guide, which goes through most of it's features. I included a new icon if you want to use when you compile the script (in the Assets > Misc folder). What is the way to use proxy with authentication in automating IE? I managed to change proxy and port in registry, but I can't find a way to use login and password for proxy. Can anyone point to a working way?

TeraCopy Timer - A program of mine, front end really, that I have been working on (on & off) for some time, but not shared here before, that I recall. Third party program TeraCopy is required. Many of you will be familiar with TeraCopy, and it has been discussed here at AF on several occasions, in various sub forums, including Chat. BE ADVISED - I still use an older version of TeraCopy (v2.27), a goody but an oldy, so have only tested my program with that. It may work with the newer v3.xx, or may be easily adjusted to do so, but I have not yet gone that route. Likewise, I only use it with Win 7 and Win XP, but I don't imagine there should be any issues with newer Windows. Add to that, my program being devised and created in AutoIt v3.3.0.0. So what is TeraCopy Timer and why might you need it? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Those familiar with TeraCopy use, know you can run multiple copy or move jobs either simultaneously or concurrently (one immediately after another has finished). With the free version at least, you have no control over precise order or timing, and no way to deal (without manual interaction) with the pesky Thumbs.db files in Win XP. Hi, I have a set of excel docs 1& 2 1) In Excel 1 i have a fixed column called dimensionId that contains list of dimensionid's with in between empty cells. Here, For each dimesionId, i need to check corresponding columns of L,M,N ,O(senior, mid, junior, student) & check If they contain letter Y (Open excel 2) and if empty ignore,check next. The rule against game automation is misguided and unhelpful for the following reasons. I am a developer, using AutoIt to automate testing for a game that I am developing. Singleplayer games can be mundane and sometimes cheating can be overlooked. Multiplayer games usually have anticheat against repetitive robotic actions anyways. People want to override the control schemes of games with bad customization. Eg. Axiom Verge, Fortnite (Crouching). Game automation is not always bad. If the user feels the need to automate a singleplayer game for boring or mundane tasks, that is their choice. Similarly, if I wish to use scripts to automate testing, that is my choice. Game automation can be a problem for online multiplayer games, giving players a competitive advantage. This could be countered by common sense; ask OP what game they are automating, and is it an online game? What is this script for, and what does it seem to do? Please revise the rule as it seems very unnecessary and harmful to people seeking help with innocent attempts at game automation.

This is pretty useful to me at least, I hope to others. Whenever you need to poke a button or such on a GUI, you can just make calls to this UDF and instruct it how long to wait, 0 is forever, anyway, let the code to the explaining. Feel free to help expand this UDF. I plan to create new ones as I go along that support all the Win32 and .NET Controls. Ultimately, I would like to be able to fully control any type of control, this works well with most. Just an example of what you can do. Hello, I'm in the process of recreation-ally expanding my Auto-it experience for some future awesome presentation-Al capabilities. So I have a user interface which loads a text document onto a GUI-object. The variables of this function are 1) The text document is dynamic in font size and face; giving the viewer an unpredictable horizontal/vertical scroll dimension. 2) The main objective is to animate the vertical scroll-bar so that it moves like the end of a movie with accreditation. 3) I'm trying to limit the accessibility in observation by excluding any mouse functions within the animation process. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Been trying to work on this for days now - from getting element properties, to embedding external code, and even exploiting ("$oIE.navigate") to loading several awkwardly formatted text documents in sequential order just to imitate a slightly offensive animation scheme. I have been experiment for months trying to find a way to be able to like script the find button to find some text and click on that text or something nearby. Is this possible? When the search hilites the text of course this is not where the cursor is so you cannot command a click at that point. I can get the coordinates of any point and go there and click... but I cannot find the coordinates of a piece of text i have searched up and click that.. Thanks

Hi Developers, Currently i am trying to do this. By using pushbullet, i was able to send to my android mobile phone a sms/whatapps message which was also being push to my laptop. What i want to do is this, when i receive the push notification, it will look at the content of the message and execute a program (exe). Example, if i send Harddisk as content message, my laptop which also receive the push notification will see this message and run a Harddisk.exe program (display the current Harddisk space).
