Variable help with RunWait and 7-Zip

Hello,

This command works:

RunWait("C:\Program Files\7-Zip\7z.exe e C:\Categories\Cabs\temp\Project_3.0.0.52.zip -oC:\Categories\Cabs\Project\")

I would like to use variables for C:\Categories\Cabs\temp\Project_3.0.0.52.zip and C:\Categories\Cabs\Project\ but I just can not get the syntax correct? Can someone help out?
