Scrolling Progress Bar

I'm trying to make a scrolling progress bar vs a 0 - 100 type. this will be to disply on the screen during silent installs so the user doesnt think that nothing is happening. I already have the code to pull it up and leave it there until a process closes just can make the scrolling progress window itself. something like the attached pic is what im looking for, it will scroll contiuously until i close it.

Thanks, thats a nice function, thats funny that the image i pulled off google images is yours LOL. the funtion in its entirety works fine but i just cant figure out how to call it in its simple form as in the top image(same as the one i posted). here is what im useing for the standard progress bar.
