I stumbled across this and thought it would be perfect for my program. But I can't seem to get it to work.

Would someone mind helping me get started on this?

What do you have so far? Are you using AutoItX at all?

I have not delved into it at all, I was just posting this to know if its possible. From there I was going to request the proper Help File/Tutorial and go from there. I haven't ever tried using AutoItX. All I tried doing was changing my URL in my embedded IE from

http://www.youtube.com

To the "chromeless" version of YouTube, which just provided a link:

http://www.youtube.com/apiplayer?version=3

But it tried downloading a file and then said the page could not be displayed.

Also, there is a JS version of the API, which seems like I could do. But once again, I don't know how to actually attach these API's to a GUI.

All in all, I think I would like to use this one:

"Use the following URL to load an embedded video player. In the URL, replace the string VIDEO_ID with the 11-character YouTube video ID that identifies the video that the player will show."

http://www.youtube.com/v/VIDEO_ID?version=3"

Because every time the program plays a new song, it has to actually navigate to the URL. So adding this will be no problem

If you've never used AutoItX then I don't think this is the right forum you should've posted in. I would suggest searching in the Examples forum as I've seen some examples when it comes to youtube.
