Variable used without being declared

This script suppose to take snapshot every 10 seconds

for some reason the compiler says:"(24) : ==> Variable used without being declared.:" although i didn't make the declaration must and i even declared it in the function.

Basically don't declare Global variables inside a function and in your case there is no requirement to use Static (bare in mind this is still in the experimental stage.)
