Moderators Melba23 Posted January 2, 2012 Moderators Share Posted January 2, 2012 Ontosy,i will to intercept form move event in GUIGetMsg()I do not think you can do this as the script is halted while the GUI is being moved - you have to look for the WM_MOVE message via GUIRegisterMsg. Why do you want to intercept this message? What are you trying to do when the GUI is moved? Perhaps there is another way to do it. martin
Actually the script isn't strictly halted when the window is being moved, it is just waiting for the return to the interupt. If you use a timer then you can execute code while the window is being moved. #include <timers.au3> GUICreate("count while moving") $lab1 = GUICtrlCreateLabel("1000",50,100) global $count = 0 GUISetState() _TImer_Settimer(0,200,"doda") while GUIGetMsg() <> -3 sleep(20) WEnd Func doda($a,$b,$c,$d) $count += 1 GUICtrlSetData($lab1, $count) EndFunc Or you could start the timer, or set some flag, when the movement is started by handling $WM_ENTERSIZEMOVE. Beware that $WM_MOVE will not be sent if your desktop properties do not have "show windows contents while dragging" (or some similar wording.)
