SciTE Version 3.20 au3.user.calltips.api (Call Tips) not working.

I used to be able to start typing and the call tips would pop up and show me the format. I checked under the C:Program Files (x86)AutoIt3SciTEapi and the au3.user.calltips.api doesn't exist. I am on windows 7 x64.

Check if the following file SciTEUser.properties has the following included.
