You can use _ExcelBookOpen() and either _ExcelReadCell() or _ExcelReadArray() to copy the range in Excel. These functions are in the Help File.

You can then use the (link to UDF can be found in Water's signature) to create a new email.

When using my OutlookEX UDF your code will look like this:

$sBody = Clipget()
$oOL = _OL_Open()
$oItem = _OL_ItemCreate($oOutlook, $olMailItem, "*Drafts", "", "Subject=TestMail", "Body=" & $sBody)
_OL_ItemRecipientAdd($oOL, $oItem, Default, $olTo, $sRecipient)
_OL_ItemSend($oOL, $oItem, Default)
_OL_Close()
