I need help with IE.au3

As I see, when I click an element with _IEAction, it will popup the target url instead of opening it in a new tab. I understand that IE.au3 could have been written when there were no tabs but I'd like to get an object variable for that new popup... Is it possible? Thank you!

Ok, I'm stuck again. Is there a way to get a css property in my case the "display" css property. I want to check wheter it's "block" or "none".. Sorry but I'm new.
