merging autoit with exe

Is it possible and if it is how could i merge autoit with exe file and have the Gui be present only inside that aplication?

Did you look in the help file under the search tab 'compile'? I just did and it displayed 'Compiling Scripts with Aut2Exe.'

For starters id just like to add custom button/label to calculator.

OK, that kind of "embedding". The simple answer it can't be done how you've suggested. The more complex answer is you need to create a script with a GUI, button and a loop that follows the location of calc (for example) so you can the move the button.

and 1 more question  , can autoit inject itself into procces?

so when i compile , and when app is ran it injects in the calculator and the compiled exe  close from process but continue to run inside calculator?
