Way to sense a tab has been clicked and do an event

I would like to click on a tab and have it trigger an event. Be able to start a user function similar to a button or checkbox. Is this possible?

And to get the number of the clicked tab use:

$iTab = GUICtrlRead($Tab)

This might do it Cannot do it yet today, but will surely let you know how I made out.
