Unfortunately you can't use wildcards on a DN attribute (e.g. distinguishedname). https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/5392.active-directory-ldap-syntax-filters.aspx If you have all users in a single container you could limit the search to this container, else you need to eliminate unwanted users from the returned array.
