How to suspend a process for some time

May be it's funny to post, but I have tried the options before posting, the process monitor stuff and all.

One of the solutions i gave you, was to comment some functions, one at a time, and try the script, until you see a reduction of cpu usage.

One of the functions or one of the exe's may be causing that.

Just narrow things down.
