SkellySoul,

Do you think the lack of any helpful replies might be linked to the puerile code you posted? Why not try posting something unobjectionable and see! >_<

Try to play with it.

#Include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>

Global $Show = False

GUICreate('', 400, 400)
$Button = GUICtrlCreateButton('OK', 165, 370, 70, 23)
GUISetState()

While 1
    $Cursor = GUIGetCursorInfo()
    If Not @error Then
        If $Cursor[4] = $Button Then
            If Not $Show Then
                ToolTip('The text of the tooltip.', MouseGetPos(0), MouseGetPos(1))
                $Show = True
            EndIf
        Else
            If $Show Then
                ToolTip('')
                $Show = False
            EndIf
        EndIf
    EndIf
    $Msg = GUIGetMsg()
    Switch $Msg
        Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE, $Button
            ExitLoop
    EndSwitch
WEnd
