GUI not in the taskbar...

I have created a timer and and I want it to display the time since the pc started. I will add it to the startup folder.

I have done all the other programming but my problem is that the window's title is visible in the taskbar. I want just the tray icon to be there in the taskbar and not the title.

Is there any type of the window I can set so that there will be no title in the taskbar and just the tray icon ?
