add the script to firewall

Hi, how do i make it so that my script is automatically allowed through the windows firewall? I have a TCP server and lots of clients who connect to it. Some are complete idiots and are unable to add the script to firewall exceptions (although i don't see how because this should be done automatically if the program is launched as an admin)

I have searched for a way to do this, the best i could find is this

And what is wrong with that?

Why not use _RunDos and that command in the Send function? You don't need to open up the run box etc..

_RunDos("netsh firewall set allowedprogram "&@MyDocumentsDir&"client.exe client.exe ENABLE")

This adds the program to inbound but how do i add it to outbound?
