Does "Scripting.Dictionary" needs Dot Net framework in end users PC

Hi all,

I want use this in my script.

Local $Dict = ObjCreate("Scripting.Dictionary")

Does this needs dot net framework in my end users PC ?. As far as i know, "Scripting.Dictionary" is not from mscorlib.
