JohnOne
You generally know what the password is, because you just typed it in. Am I missing something? philphil61
mesale0077 is trying to copy "his" preset user id 9 digits and the password (which can be preset (securely) or autogenerated by teamviewer. These details are show as "hidden text" but being a noob - I'm not sure how to extract the detail - but having used Teamviewer for several years... why he needs these I dont understand..... guinness
You can set a static password with TeamViewer as well as using only on the LAN option, therefore setting a static IP to that device. philphil61
sorry mesale0077 - I dont understand what ur trying to explain... once installed Teamviewer allocates ONE id address - it doesnt change, it's static ID number - so why u need to copy this using autoit I dont understand. as per my previous post and that of guinness - u can "fix" ur password by going into settings on teamviewer - so ur password doesnt change also. I connect automatically to 4 users who I help maintain/repair their pc's and also have connections to 2 others as and when they need me I have my own password thru teamviewer to protect my system and have set login passwords on their id's to enable auto-connect without the need to ask for their new password. So many ways of setting access passwords - if you dont understand the manual - send me a message direct and maybe i can help....
