PeterlFF Posted March 20, 2022 Author Posted March 20, 2022 I now want to automate some tasks in Microsoft Power BI. I don't see a UDF for that so that means I need to COM for Power BI. I don't see much of anything for Power BI COM. From the help file I see I can sue the OLE/COM Object Viewer to help see the COM objects on my system. But it looks like it is for server 2003 so not sure it will work for Windows. Does the Windows 10 SDK have the OLE/COM Object Viewer? If you know of anything else that will help me with trying to automate power bi using COM it would be appreciated.
Nine Posted March 20, 2022 Posted March 20, 2022 I do not know Power BI, but it seems that there is a command line option at : https://powerbi-cli.github.io/#:~:text=The Power BI command-line,with an emphasis on automation. “They did not know it was impossible, so they did it” ― Mark Twain Reveal hidden contents Block all input without UAC Save/Retrieve Images to/from Text Monitor Management (VCP commands) Tool to search in text (au3) files Date Range Picker Virtual Desktop Manager Sudoku Game 2020 Overlapped Named Pipe IPC HotString 2.0 - Hot keys with string x64 Bitwise Operations Multi-keyboards HotKeySet Recursive Array Display Fast and simple WCD IPC Multiple Folders Selector Printer Manager GIF Animation (cached) Debug Messages Monitor UDF Screen Scraping Round Corner GUI UDF Multi-Threading Made Easy Interface Object based on Tag
PeterlFF Posted March 20, 2022 Author Posted March 20, 2022 Thank you. I will look into that. I really want to do this through AutoIT if I can though. Take what I did for Excel and modify it for PowerBI.
