Can anyone help me pointing the right way.
I'm going to repeatedly fill out the form in PDF format.
The example PDF below.

Doesn't work needs to be ripped out of the troubleshooting lexicon. It means that what you tried did not produce the results you expected. It begs the questions 1) what did you try?, 2) what did you expect? and 3) what happened instead?

Reproducer: a small (the smallest?) piece of stand-alone code that demonstrates your trouble

I think I asked the wrong way
 
 
 
The hard drive I have a PDF file as in the example of the first post.
 
When I open the file from the disk I want to fill in the fields in the form and print it
of course, the operation will be repeated many times.
 
So I hope a more detailed explanation, I will ask the question again.

As far as I know, it can only be done with Adobe Acrobat Pro.  See

Now, you might be able to do it with keystrokes, but that's not very reliable.

Thanks a lot.
Some time ago I was looking for a suitable solution having all the capabilities specified by the manufacturer.
 
Unfortunately, getting the most partial solutions or those whose licensing does not really suit me.
 
It seems like a tailor-made.
