Command typed in cmd.exe does not bring same result as Run() in AutoIt

I have noticed that when I type in cmd window "cleanmgr.exe /sagerun:99" then program do the full job. Now, when I do same thing in autoit, my program finish faster, like it skips some parts of the job.

I tried with

#RequireAdmin

and 

Run(@ComSpec & ' /c cleanmgr.exe /sagerun:99')

but with same result.

Any idea why this happening?

What do you see when run from autoit if you change the /c to /k?
