Can I hide a trayitem like i hide a button?

Hello,

when i create a button, i can easily hide it with

GUICtrlSetState($-1, $GUI_HIDE)

When it comes to tray items, i can use

TrayItemSetState(-1, $TRAY_DISABLE)

but there is no $TRAY_HIDE (or is there?).

Is there an easy way to hide tray items?

What is wrong with the statement you listed?

I guess you must be looking for

TraySetState($TRAY_ICONSTATE_HIDE)

Instead of TrayItemSetState

I want to hide one TrayItem, not the complete trayIcon

Compared to a normal GUI: I want to hide one button, not the complete GUI :-)

When my Tray Menu has the following options

Option1

Option2

Option3

Exit

I would like to be able to hide some of the options like i can hide a button on a gui

Oh, my bad, then maybe this: TrayItemSetState ( controlID, state )

Thing is, there's no hide option. But there's TrayItemDelete ( controlID )

One solution is to delete the item, and recreate as needed.
