AUTO-IT
When I call the Bar function, the element is not inserted into the array passed as an argument. Here is my code: Foo () Func Foo () Local $Baz[100] = [] Call ("Bar", $Baz) MsgBox (0, "", $Baz[0]) Return EndFunc Func Bar ($_Array) $_Array[0] = 1 Return EndFunc Thank you very much for your help. water
Use Func Bar(ByRef $_Array) According to the help file: Quote The ByRef keyword indicates that the parameter should be treated as a reference to the original. By default the parameter is copied into a new variable but ByRef links the new variable to the original. Danp2
From the help file -- Quote The ByRef keyword indicates that the parameter should be treated as a reference to the original. By default the parameter is copied into a new variable but ByRef links the new variable to the original. It will work as you desire if you change your function declaration like this -- Func Bar ($_Array) FWIW, you don't need to use Call(). Do this instead -- Bar($Baz) Edit: Pwn'd by @water😄 Edited November 26, 2022 by Danp2 Latest Webdriver UDF Release Webdriver Wiki FAQs
