_FileWriteFromArray can't write a simple 2D array.... why?

_FileWriteFromArray can't write this simple 2D array.... why?

#include<File.au3>
local $array[3][2] = [["uno","1"],["due","2"],["tre","3"]]
Local $sFile = "C:\temp\test.txt"
Local $hFile = FileOpen($sFile, 1) ; 1 = append
_FileWriteFromArray($hFile, $array)
FileClose($hFile)
; Display results
Run("notepad.exe " &amp; $sFile)

It fails with this error:

C:Program Files (x86)AutoItIncludeFile.au3 (272) : ==> Array variable has incorrect number of subscripts or subscript dimension range exceeded.:

$s_Temp &= $s_Delim & $a_Array[$x][$y]

$s_Temp &= $s_Delim & ^ ERROR

Do you know why?

Just a note: if I use "_FileWriteFromArray($hFile, $array,"","",";")" it (unexpectedly) writes only the first line while if I use "_FileWriteFromArray($hFile, $array,default,default,";")" it (as expected) writes the whole array.
