set up ADO from localhost

I'm not using Microsoft products but need an ADO.  I have MySQL with a TCP/IP localhost  and a schema called "foo.co.nz"  

1/ do I need to run this script every time the program starts to use the ADO

2/ what will my ADO connection start looking like from "localhost" as "localhost" is not registered in the ADO yet

3/ I'm thinking of running the CMD.exe or a vb script file what do you recommend

I totally get to that point, and I have a ADO interface in the ADO, is that correct,  If another program was able to take up the new ADO connection

what would be the connection string be: -   Provider=SQL Server;User=AutoIt;PW=AutoIt;

Each program create separate connections, you can not attach to existing connection which was created by other process.

You was asking here in your OP for MySQL , but then you ask about example for MSSQL.
Are you sure what you asking about ?
