2. question do this PDF contain tables , and do you want to extract this tables to XLS ?

So this looks like commercial usage, and I think this would not be a problem to use

Foxit QuickPDF (about 500$)

You can buy this Components and use it easily with AutoIt using my UDF's.

This Components are Royalty Free so you can buy it once and use for all your programs, script without any additional fees.

 

This is the true when it comes to extract contents form PDF to XLS: you will not be able to do what you want without external products.

This is not a one step process. And depending on the workload you could automate only parts of the process.

Try this

  1. https://www.aconvert.com/pdf/pdf-to-csv/ Convert PDFs to CSV - it mostly just comes out as plain text
  2. https://www.sqlite.org/cli.html The SQLite CLI dot commands are extremely robust and can process almost anything. 

.open mytemptdb.db
drop table tmpCSVfromPDF;
.mode csv
.separator ";"
.nullvalue 0.00
.import srcPDF2CSV.csv tmpCSVfromPDF

Once in SQLite you can do almost anything.

Dump to new CSV:

.output  finaloutput.csv
