Need help with a MS SQL Query - (Moved)

I have an application that I am developing.  I have several Queries and an insert that works fine.
The query that I have is a simple query,

_SQL_QuerySingleRow(-1,"Select EmployeeID from dbo.Work_Location where dbo.Work_Location.EmployeeID = '" & $EmpID & "'", $aRow)

Then I am trying to get another query to work but have two conditions that need to be met.

_SQL_QuerySingleRow(-1,"Select Zone from dbo.Department_Zones where (dbo.Department_Zones.Department = '" & $Dept & "' And dbo.Department_Zones.Title = '" & $Title & "'"), $aRow)

I get the error, Incorrect number of parameters in function call.: so I am thinking _SQL_QuerySingleRow takes multiple Where conditions.
Maybe I have to use the _Execute (-1,Select...)

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You put the closing parentheses outside of the quotation marks, so it isn't being included in the string.

FYI -- If you do it like this, then you can write the Select statement to the console for review --

$sSQL = "Select Zone from dbo.Department_Zones where (dbo.Department_Zones.Department = '" & $Dept & "' And dbo.Department_Zones.Title = '" & $Title & "')"
ConsoleWrie("$sSQL = " & $sSQL & @crlf)
_SQL_QuerySingleRow(-1, $sSQL, $aRow)
