But in my humble opinion I wouldn't have referred to it as a bug as such, just a misunderstanding in implementation.

Though I'm sure jerrbert has fixed the issue by now.

The conditional include might have caused the problem because the EndIf for the If was after the included file, which means there's probably a function inside an If statement at the very least.

So if the OP had posted the full output from the SciTE output pane we could have solved the problem in a few seconds.

Water, I see the output from SciTE that you posted. It's very possible that I wasn't looking in the right place. I don't remember seeing anything that detailed while I was encountering the error.

In response to your suggestion to use ControlSend, we are using Citrix XenApp 6.5 to access the application to be tested. I noticed early on that Citrix is not passing any of the controls to the user, so I haven't been able to use any. Do you still recommend using ControlSend? I can still get the title of the window, but I would have to leave ControlID blank.

If AutoIt's Window Info Tool doesn't show you any control then ControlSend isn't an option any more. Looks like you have to use Send then. But make sure that the window you try to automate always is the active window to receive the sent data.
