@MRAJ  Is there something weird going on with your environment? In your initial results, it showed that your WinHttp was up to date,  and now your most recent post shows this --

Finally, the whole point of posting a reproducer script is so that we can run it to reproduce / observe the issue. That's not possible with the script you posted because you haven't provided the target URL.

Do you log into the page with Login/Password or is it requries some kind of certificate (for example on smartcard) ?

it is just when the URL hit in the edge browser using script it is giving me error. but when i manually give the same URL in edge browser in IE mode it is opening with no issue. So cant say if any certificate issue

As you are launching the Edge browser in IE mode, it will display the information bar with that message. If you disable --ie-mode-force in Edge, how can IE mode work? So I think you can't disable --ie-mode-force when automating IE mode, this conflicts with how IE mode works
