Exit GUI script

All fuinctions are performed property but AutoIt won't exit from this script cleanly, except when the exit button is pressed. Pressing any other button completes the RUN function but leaves Autoit icon in system tray after task is executed.

When you post code can you please wrap it in [autoit][/autoit] tags? Makes the code easier to read.

Have a look at you code - you do not always exit the run when you "GUIDelete($Form1)" ... so autoit continues to run ... waiting for you to exit the form (which now no longer exists).
